George Shannon Stines, 35, of Eccles, passed away Tuesday Feb. 7, 2012.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of George Shannon Stines will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 13, at the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel in Beckley with the Rev. Phillip Farrington officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens at Prosperity. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the services.
