Funeral service for Allyson Paige Judy, 15, will be held 11 a.m. Monday, December 21, 2009, at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel. Interment will follow in Ft. Jackson National Cemetery. Visitation is 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Allyson passed away December 14, 2009. Born October 8, 1994, in King City, Calif., she was a daughter of Donnie and Catherine Campbell Judy Jr. A student at Lower Richland High School, she volunteered with the American Red Cross on Ft. Jackson. Allyson liked music and dancing, loved animals, enjoyed playing video games and playing on-line with her dad and sister – she loved spending time with her sister.
Surviving in addition to her parents and sister, Kelsy Elizabeth Judy, all of Hopkins, are her aunts, Carolyn Gilchrist (Bill), Johnston, Crystal Griffin, Greenwood; uncles, Nathan Campbell (Mary), Sarasota, Fla., Joseph Judy, Greenwood; grandparents, Billie Jo Campbell, Sarasota, Donnie Judy Sr. (Linda), Marrie Judy, all of Greenwood; many cousins. She was predeceased by her grandfather, Nathan Dwight Campbell.
