Scott Leland Toll, also known as "Scottie T," died Wednesday, May 10 at home. He was 17. Scott was a lifelong Vallejo resident and a junior at Hogan High School. Scott was a bass player and poet who loved to party. He is survived by his parents, Edward and Leissa Toll of Vallejo, sister, Heather of Vallejo, maternal grandparents, Barbara Price of Oroville and Leland Sacks Jr. of Hayward, paternal grandmother, Melanie B. Toll of Apple Valley, his girlfriend Kristin McConlogue and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A celebration of Scott's life will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at Skyview Funeral Chapel, Vallejo. Private inurnment.
