Marshall County deputies responded to a call about an unresponsive woman at a home in Grant and arrested two men on drug charges.
Sheriff's deputy Heath Thomas said the case is being treated as an unattended death and the men are not considered suspects.
Investigators identified the woman as 22-year-old Amber Handy and are waiting for toxicology results to verify the cause of death.
Donnie Blake Gourdine, 20, and 23-year-old Patrick Davis Wright, Jr., were taken into custody at Wright's home, and are charged with possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
