Chad Allen Sandoval, age 30, of Lewisville, passed away Sunday, November 27th, 2011. Chad was born in Andrews, TX, November 27, 1981 to Jerry Sandoval and Judith Zayas. Chad graduated from Coppell High School in 2000 and was a very successful sales representative for T-Mobile for the past 10 years. Chad was a devoted and beloved father to his son, Micah Chad Sandoval who survives him. He is also survived by his mother, Judith Zayas and step-father, Robert; father, Jerry Allen Sandoval and step-mother, Barbara; sisters, Mistie Cadman and Cynthia Hallmark, as well as many nephews, other relatives and many friends and colleagues.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at 2:00PM, in the chapel at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home, 740 S. Edmonds Lane, Lewisville, TX 75067. Interment will follow in the Old Hall Cemetery.
