On September 13, 2009, Kathleen Marie "Kate" Frande , of Ellicott City,MD, beloved daughter of Jean-Luc and Mary Frances (Sweeney) Frande, loving sister of Bridget, Liz, Jeanette and Greg Frande, grand daughter of Raphael and Germaine Frande, Frances and the late William P. Sweeney.
