Silvia Michelle Garrity, 25, died March 15, 2011, in Fort Pierce. She was born in New Haven, Conn., and lived in Port St. Lucie since 2006. Survivors include her companion, Tom McMillen of Port St. Lucie; mother, Megan Garrity of Lyndonville, Vt.; maternal grandmother, Julie Garrity of Orange, Conn.; paternal grandfather, Francis Wichman of Fort Wayne, Ind.; and sisters, Solonia Garrity of Bellingham, Wash., and Jenni Bassett of Grain Valley, Mo.
