Seth T. Wootten, 27, of Oswego, died Monday. Seth's parents, David and Laurie Ann Marrano Johnson will be receiving family and close friends at their home, 271 Creamery Rd., Oswego Thursday 3 to 7 p.m. The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home, 147 West Fourth St.
