Joseph M. "Joe" Randall, 18, of Sarasota, died Aug. 11, 2009.

Private memorial services will be at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Packer Funeral Home.

Survivors include his father, Kevin; his mother, Marie; a brother, David Perkins; and a sister, Kristina Perkins, all of Sarasota.
