A Berks County teen has pleaded not guilty in the death of a Reading 15-year-old, who police said was beaten and shot by attackers who stole his sneakers as he lay dying on the sidewalk.
Alfredo Uribe, 16, pleaded not guilty in Berks County court.

He and three 19-year-olds are charged in the death of Willy Tineo-Ferreira in September.

Police said Tineo was beaten and shot several times and they said it doesn't appear he did anything to provoke his attackers.
