Christopher Ratliff Foster, "Tank" or "Rap Dog" to his friends, 18, of Portsmouth, passed away Tuesday, June 8. Surviving are his parents, Dale E. Foster of Lucasville, and Sherri L. Ratliff Goodin of Portsmouth; his stepmother, Sherry Risner Foster of Lucasville; a brother, Jeremy Rea of Powell, OH; three sisters, Markee Osborne of Lucasville, Hannah Marie Foster of Portsmouth, and her boyfriend Aaron Montgomery, and Madison Osborne of Lucasville; his grandmother; many aunts, uncles and cousins; a very good friend; a special friend; and many other very important people in his life, including his Portsmouth football family. Funeral services were conducted under the direction of the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home in Portsmouth with Rick Clark officiating Friday, June 10. Memorial contributions may be made to the Steven A.
