JORDAN, Michael Lee, 25, of Richmond, Va., entered into his eternal rest on September 25, 2008. He was the beloved son of Betty J. Seay and Dr. Morris L. Jordan Jr.; stepparents, Norman R. Seay and Pamela F. Jordan. He was a loving brother to Andrew B. Jordan; stepbrothers, Christopher S. Flora, Larry W. Flora; and stepsister, Tammy A. Seay. Michael was a wonderful, devoted and supportive son and older brother. Others left to cherish his memory are his much-loved grandmother, Eleanor A. Jordan of Chase City, Va.; aunt and uncle, Al and Linda Ferguson, of Tega Cay, S.C.; and cousins, Benjamin L. Casebier of Charlotte, N.C., Carrie A. Ingalls of Angier, N.C., and Wesley A. Ferguson of Rock Hill, S.C. He was an honor student in the Math and Science program at Mills Godwin High School, graduating in 2001. Michael then continued his studies at the University of Virginia, where he graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a minor in Math. Among Michael's many joys in life were the special friends he made as well as his love for photography, snowboarding, computers and karaoke. He will forever be in our hearts and we will miss him greatly. Family will receive friends at 6 p.m. on Monday, September 29, at Atlee Community Church, 7171 Verdi Lane, Mechanicsville, Va., followed by services at 6:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Alliance on Mental Health (NAMI), 2107 Wilson Blvd., Suite 300, Arlington, Va. 22201.
