Katie passed away Sunday, May 31, 2009 at the Bay Regional Medical Center at the age of 17.

A memorial service will take place Friday, June 5, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. from St. Hedwig Catholic Church. Friends may call at the Squires Funeral Home on Thursday from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. and at the church on Friday after 9:00 A.M. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Family Wishes.
