Christian Reeves Hill, 15, passed away on Friday, February 13, 2009.

A celebration of his life will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday, February 16, at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel. Burial will follow at Guilford Memorial Park.

Christian was born in Guilford County on July 31, 1993, the son of Christopher Todd and Linda McCarty Hill. He attended school in Graham until last year when he started at Southwest High School. Christian loved baseball and playing guitar. He was an active teenager, friend, loving son and grandson. His presence will be deeply missed by all who loved him.

Surviving are his parents, Christopher Todd Hill, of Jamestown, N.C., and Linda McCarty Hill, of Pittsburgh, Pa.; sister, Cameron Hill of Jamestown, N.C.; paternal grandparents, Ed Hill and step grandmother, Tonia of Jamestown, N.C., Pat Hill and Michael Smyth of Greensboro, N.C.; maternal grandmother, Marilyn McCarty of Pittsburgh, Pa.; uncles, Shannon Hill and fiancée, Tyler Miller and daughter, Preston, of Greensboro, N.C., and Eric McCarty of Pittsburgh, Pa.; aunts, Tiffany Bailey and husband, Philip, of Pinehurst, N.C., and Sarah and Rebecca Hill of Jamestown, N.C.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. tonight, Sunday, at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel.
