Police and emergency medical services were called to 91 Iron Street for a report of an unresponsive female around 9 PM Saturday. It was determined the female was deceased and ems left the scene. The female has been identified as Bloomsburg University student Jennifer Snarski age 21 of Sweet Valley. The coroner's office has ruled the death a suicide. The cause of death was asphyxiation and it was determined that she hanged herself. The coroner's office told BloomUtoday.com that the toxicology report wouldn't be available for a month or longer.
