PLISHKA - Leigh Anne, 17, of Beaverdale, died Saturday, Sept. 16, 2006, at Conemaugh Memorial Hospital.
Born Dec. 8, 1988, in Johnstown, daughter of George M. and Laura Anne (Dilmore) Plishka.
She was a student at Forest Hills High School and the Greater Johnstown Vo-Tech. She was employed at Stager's Store in Portage. She enjoyed playing guitar and woodworking projects. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Jean H. Kinley Funeral Home, Beaverdale, where Parastas will be held Monday evening. Divine Liturgy will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church, Beaverdale, the Rev. James Spontak. Committal, St. Mary's Byzantine Cemetery, Beaverdale. Donations may be made to the Greater Johnstown Vo-Tech Carpentry Department to be applied to the Katrina House Project in Leigh Anne's memory.
