Dave Hoffman, 38, died at 5:46 a.m. Friday, May 23, 2008, in his home. Born March 1, 1970, in Rockford, the son of Robert Sr. and Karen (Bishop) Hoffman. He is survived by his daughter, Cecelia Hoffman; bro-ther, Robert Hoffman Jr.; mother, Karen Hoffman; and father, Rob-ert Hoffman Sr., all of Rockford; nephew, Lucas Hoffman; maternal grandmother, Helen Phen; and his fianc?e, Deanna Richardson. Visitation from 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 28, in Sundberg Funeral Home Ltd. There will be no service. The family requests memorials in lieu of flowers.
