Stefanie J. Dubuc, 26, passed away suddenly on Friday morning at Noble Hospital. Born February 15, 1982, she was a 2001 graduate of Southwick Tolland Regional High School where she excelled in the Theater Arts program and played varsity softball.
Stefanie had an exuberance for life and a heart of gold. She enjoyed most any outdoor activity including snowboarding, skateboarding, swimming, and basketball. Her talent as an artist won her many awards.
She had a contagious smile that would light up a room, a singing voice that could melt hearts, and a free and gentle spirit that was truly inspiring. At first encounter with Stefanie, you knew you were in the presence of someone who was truly extraordinary.
Her amazing wit, charm, and unique outlook on the world instantly drew people to her. Stefanie attended STCC and was pursuing a career in psychology. Her dream was to help people with emotional and mental disabilities.
