Joseph "Joe" Westgate, 19, of Tucson, passed away on June 12, 2006.
Joe was a student at the University of Arizona. Graduate of Mesquite High School, Gilbert also attended Dobson High School, Mesa. Joe was a wrestler at Dobson High School and an officer of "Best Buddies" at Mesquite High School. He is survived by his parents Charlene Westgate and Steve Scoggin and his brother Christian Snider. There will be a Memorial Service Sunday 1:00 p.m. at Lakeshore Mortuary 1815 S. Dobson Rd. Mesa. Arrangements entrusted to Lakeshore Mortuary, Mesa.
