Graveside services for Ms. Marsha Coleen Ellington McCoy, 43, of Sunnyside Circle, were held Friday, Jan. 2, 2008, at 11 a.m., in Crystal Hill Cemetery, with the Rev. Mark Fordham officiating.

Ms. McCoy died Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2008, at her residence.

Coggins Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Ms. McCoy was born on June 19, 1964, in Fulton County, Ga., to the late Coleman and Evelyn Ellington. She was formerly employed with the Tasty Shop, where she worked as a waitress for several years. Ms. McCoy was a member of First Assembly of God.

Survivors include her sons, Mr. Coleman Rowell of Thomaston and Mr. Dennis "Butch" Ellington of Texas; brothers, Mr. Rodney (Christie) Ellington of Meansville, Mr. Kerry (Renee) Elllington and Mr. Harold (Daniell) Ellington, both of Thomaston; and Mr. Allen (Angie) Ellington of Commerce; her fianc/ Mr. Steve Boyer of Thomaston; and three grandchildren.
