Jessika A. Hayes, 18, of 28 Woodside Rd., died Thursday, March 30 at Harrington Memorial Hospital in Southbridge.
Ms. Hayes was a student at Westfield State College after graduating from David Prouty High School in Spencer in 2005, where she played field hockey (co-captain), girls basketball and softball.
