Allen Rooch Passed away Aug. 24 at the age of 23. Allen is survived by his parents, Edward and Maureen Rooch of Los Altos, CA, numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and dear friends. A Celebration of Allen's life will be held Tuesday Aug. 29, 11am at the Los Altos United Methodist Church, 655 Magdalena Avenue Los Altos.
