From an email: On March 26, 2006, around 12:00 in the afternoon, a college student was on his way home and saw Prabhu hanging out of his bedroom window. He then called the police. Prabhu tied a rope to his bed frame and around his neck around 4 in the morning... then he jumped out of his window and died instantly. He was not found until the next afternoon. A Bullitt County family says bullying lead to their daughter's suicide. Now they are on a mission to get a state bullying law on the books. "The Bully Bill" would require all schools to spell out consequences for bullying. 25 other states already have it, but it's having a tough time getting passed here. Her family says Rachael Neblett's short bout with a bullying ended with her suicide last Monday. She was just 17 years old.
