anyways, I had the chance to speak to one of my defense attorney friends today and asked him, how in the holy fuck can this bitch seriously say it was self defense. His reply, the initial fear for her life, i brought up the excessive knife wounds, the slit throat and the gsw to the head. His reply, every time he moved, she can easily say she felt threatened. I was like, dude reallly??? he said yup, the body can stll make movements even after the person has died. The nervous system still could have been reacting, convulsing blah blah.. In yhe heat of the moment and the fear for her life, she just kept protecting herself. That's the defense he said he would use in trying to overcome the excessive wounds to travis. ( damn, I really do work for "the dark side)

It will be interesting to see if JA's attorneys try this reasoning.

Damn, that makes a lot of sense (as horrible as it is). Great insight! I think they are trying to argue it goes above and beyond self defense in order for it to be a first degree murder? I think that is what will sink her into getting the death penalty.
