My passenger side window motor or regulator is broken. At first the window would automatically roll down 2 inches after it was rolled up, but now it is stuck in the down position. I had Infiniti replace the driver side motor a few years ago after the same thing happened and they actually gave it to me under warranty. I don't think I'll be as lucky this time. Stupid car!
It's usually some stupid little tiny piece of plastic too that fucks it all up. I had an issue with the back passenger window on my Liberty and it was the stupidest littlest tiny thing that fucked it all up.
This is one of the main reasons I hate power windows.
I took my poor little Mazda to the wrecking yard today. It's kind of funny... I paid $150 for it, and put about $500 worth of work into it, only to have it blow the headgasket due to a faulty water pump 2 weeks after I got it running. I ended up deciding to part it out, thinking I would take a loss... but I didn't.
I sold the Engine for $260, Sold a bunch of random parts for $150 (I sold the tranny for $150... and told him he could take whatever else he wanted for free... Ended up taking the interior, gas tank, windshield, sunroof, head/tail lights, etc.), then I scrapped the body for $207, scrapped the Cat for $155, and sold the tires/rims for $40.
So all in all, I got a little over $800 off it.
$75 more and it would have completely paid off my '94 Honda.
Speaking of which... My ghetto headlight fix seems to get a lot of stares and comments (A girl said she loves me in traffic today... I am sure I was being mocked.):

This happens in my Max when I use the auto roll all the way up thingy, so when the window is almost all the way up I punch it up step by step. I'm used to it now.

I did the unthinkable and traded my very very very nice diesel in. I almost cried. It wasnt my choice, husband was in love with this car he found.
300zx. It came up from California and it's been in several car shows. It's so modded out and a totally beautiful car. I drove it to work the night I picked it up and holy hell it shits and gets.'

Tint tickets are steep, girlie! I think 30% is the darkest allowed in OR. Maybe you could convince them it's a show car, but be careful. They don't play. My roomie got 3 tickets over a year to a total over $1000 before he paid to get it changed. And he was running 20%, I think. Limo is usually 5%.

Yeah, I worry about the tint but so far noproblems.
He won't be driving it much longer to. Gonna put it in some car shows, it's a gorgeous car. We're gonna modify the transmission too and cut the dash for some more mods.

56k miles as of this week. It's been hit 3 times by idiots who can't drive. But it's still a pretty decent car for what it is.

The Z is gorgeous. I think we are going to have the tranny changed out from auto to stick.
And the eclipse is okay, not my dream car. I still have a truck tho, I have a tacoma ad it's already got the bigger tires, she just needs a lift. Im still in need of another wrangler or a scrapper yota, just havent found what im looking for yet.
Im looking for a 90+ supra and havent found any around here. A supra or maybe a wrx or evo, not sure.
I will return to my roots tho.

Its hard to find what I'm looking for without having to probably go to California. That's where my z came from. I found the owner that did ask the wrenching on it and he sent me ask the info which is nice to have.
I paid a price for this car that's for sure. I'm guessing that the supra's that I'm looking for are going to run 20k or more.
Also there are only 3 other 300zx's in my County but none are twin turbo with boost.
Since I haven't been here in several years....
Last year I bought my first (no co-signer husband) very own car! The payment is high as hell but... I love it!
Also, I drive this for my 2nd job!
