"Singer Cher said on Thursday that her son has vanished as she seeks to be made his temporary conservator.

Cher — who is seeking a conservatorship over her son, Elijah Blue Allman — filed court documents claiming he is set to receive money from a trust fund but fears the money will be spent on drugs. Cher, 77, also stated her son has “severe mental health and substance abuse issues,”

I thought she only had one son named Chaz. I guess I was wrong.

He has long been troubled, which is very sad. I read an article somewhere just recently about Cher and her parenting. It is more like her lack of parenting. Though I am sure she means well, from what I read, it is a little too late now for her to start stepping in as a mother. She was absent most of Elijah's and Chaz's life when it came to parenting. They both had substance abuse issues (but, many do throughout their families). I think Elijah does have a great deal of challenges, but he seems like he is working on them.

I agree with you. It's good that Cher's taking that interest now but he was shaped by his childhood and sadly this is the result.

What are your thoughts on Gillian Anderson's Golden Globe dress? I thought it was lovely...had no idea the pattern was vaginas.

I love the dress! And the vagenes are subtle so I dont think it looks trashy.

Royal news, so not really celebrity. Having to be hospitalized for such an extended period of time tells me it is a complex surgical procedure, such as bowel resection, etc.

Kate, the Princess of Wales, has undergone planned abdominal surgery and will be hospitalized for up to two weeks, Kensington Palace said Wednesday.

“Her Royal Highness The Princess of Wales was admitted to The London Clinic yesterday for planned abdominal surgery," said the palace, which is the home and office of the royal couple. "The surgery was successful and it is expected that she will remain in hospital for ten to fourteen days, before returning home to continue her recovery."

The statement did not elaborate on the reasons for the procedure. "Based on the current medical advice, she is unlikely to return to public duties until after Easter," it said.

I could have sworn she had a pregnancy announcement recently.

I can relate to her bc she had hyperemesis during her pregnancy, which I had too and I only did that shit once.

I agree BWS its something that was serious that shes getting taken care of.

Me too. I dont like how they say "abdominal surgery" too vague. I need to know what it is.

Right? I mean, abdominal surgery can encompass so many things. Why not be a little less vague for us who are dying to know why she is going to be hospitalized so long.

Zendaya is so beautiful and can usually always pull her looks off. This one, not so much, in my very humble opinion.

I think Kate had a hysterectomy. It makes sense since she's got the three kids and obviously had issues with every pregnancy. It points to reproductive issues and it's possible that they just decided to yeet the uterus since she wasn't going to be using it anymore. That's just a wild guess.

As for hair, I can't deal lately because my hair went from stick straight (maybe a VERY SLIGHT wave) to curly AF and I have no idea how to take care of curly hair or how to wear it. I've always been a wash and wear kind of gal or worn it in a clip or baseball cap and now I'm just tortured by how it behaves. I haven't had a haircut in almost a year now and it's gotten pretty long, but I'm going to have to investigate what I should do with it next.
