Morning session. Jodi is wearing a nice dark blue shirt today. She has about 10 bangs today.
JM has objections about the witness and article the defense wants to bring in, Dr. Richard Samuels. (OMG, if the things JM is saying the doctor wants to bring up-he going to be on FOREVER) The defense wants to say Jodi had PTSD at the time of the killing.
Wilmont is giving a good argument on why the evidence should be allowed in. Jodi was diagnosed with PTSD by the doctor.
Court is in recess until 1:15 so the state can talk to the doctor.

Personally, since the issue is the presentation, the judge should not permit the presentation and allow the psychologist to simply testify without it. That would erase all issue with regards to this unreleased information. The defense would through a temper tantrum if Juan did this and it could very well be classified as prosecutorial misconduct - so why isn't it a major problem when the defense does it. Wow, double standards.

JM will only fight the evidence, not for misconduct. JM doesn't WANT a mistrial like the defense does. He wants it done and over, so of course he won't push the issue.
The Judge should have just EXCLUDED anything related to expressive/bqhatevwr. What a sh*t show
So, he will end up getting 1 hour and 45 minutes (if he hurries) to re-interview their expert on all the new information he is planning on testifying to.

And we all know how reliable and unbiased the media is!! Really, letting in media articles. Scientific Journals - sure. But how pathetic is it that a scholar and professional would want to let in a magazine article!!
Heck even in college my professors required scientific journals and would have never, ever allowed a magazine article as part of our research.
