Mother is really busy with children, has to eat and the kids need to go to the bathroom. Sure she can go to the restroom but it's her right to do it anywhere she damn well pleases as long as it is done right. Her comfort is the most important. Walk to a gross restroom? Pfffft. That would take an extra 5 minutes. Go outside somewhere? Another 5 minutes. Go to her car? Another 5 minutes. She has her own equipment and it can be done in a very sanitary way. If it's just pee then there is no chance at smell and baby pee is as pure as can be. #2 is a bit harder but if done properly there will be no lasting effects on the other patrons. At worst, similar to someone breaking wind. So who cares, how does this effect you? It's gross? Well it isn't gross to me, so just look the other way and go on with your meal.
