Possible Drug Overdose Probed in Missing-Student Case

WOODBURY – Police say they are investigating reports that a missing college student from Edgemont, N.Y. may have overdosed on cocaine and that her friends dumped her body after panicking.
Indiana University student Lauren Spierer vanished on June 3.
Indiana police also say they have video of an alley the night she disappeared, but they will not say what it shows.
Police call her boyfriend, Jesse Wolff, of Port Washington, one of 10 persons of interest. They also say none of the 10 people are suspects.
Spierer's family is offering a reward for information on the whereabouts of their daughter.
