What signs of innocence was she showing in the beginning? I think that when you start out by going off on a party spree right when your daughter goes missing is probably a major sign of GUILT more than anything. Then of course she has done nothing but make herself look WORSE from that point on, so....
In her last court appearance Casey look liked she gained weight. She will probably gaining more weight with her junk food through the jail canteen

you shouldn't lose any rights on the basis of being SUSPECTED of anything, only if you are convicted do you lose RIGHTS.

While I am truly sad about Caylee, it gets under my skin that this has gone to the level which it has..i.e. the memorial service being televised. There are soooo many children out there who have gone missing, and also children who have died at the hands of one or both parents, and yet they do not recieve the same kind of attention and I don't get it. I'm sure it may have something to do with how it played out in the beginning, but that is not the first time a parent has lied about the circumstances of their "missing" child, only for it to be discovered later that the parent killed the child, etc. Let Caylee rest already. Lastly, I found it totally retarded that after that memorial service, which I did not watch, but caught a clip from it on one of the news stations...that they would then begin to dissect the whole CMA thing, blah blah blah. It's ridiculous. Our media, and whoever else, needs to stop focusing on this one case and start putting some effort into the other kids out there.

Report: Mom's fingerprints not on tape found on Caylee's skull
ORLANDO, Florida -- Sources told 10 Connects news partner WKMG Local 6 News Monday that no fingerprints were located on the duct tape found wrapped around the skull of Caylee Anthony.
Hundreds of pages of additional documents are expected to be released in the case against the slain toddler's mother, Casey Anthony, as early as today. Anthony, 22, remains jailed on first-degree murder charges in her daughter's death.
Caylee's remains were discovered in December in a wooded lot near the home she shared with her mother and grandparents. The girl's skull was wrapped in duct tape, and sources told Local 6 News that sheriff's investigators headed to the Anthony house the day the discovery was made, looking for evidence that might link Casey Anthony or items in the house to the crime scene.
Sources said the soon-to-be released documents will show that investigators never found a duct tape roll at the home but did find a similar piece of tape on a gasoline can in the house. Sources also told Local 6 News that FBI lab tests reveal no fingerprints were found on the duct tape.
Celebrity bounty hunter Leonard Padilla, who has been involved with the case since he bailed Casey Anthony out of jail, claimed the opposite last week on national TV. A tabloid magazine also reported that Casey Anthony's fingerprints were found on the tape.
Sources inside Casey Anthony's defense team said they are "sick of Padilla's lies" and want him to "go away."

According to a source close to the investigation, test results from the FBI crime lab on the duct tape found on slain toddler Caylee Anthony's skull are in that new batch of evidence.
When asked by WESH 2's Bob Kealing if Casey Anthony’s fingerprints were on the duct tape, a source with direct knowledge of the investigation said, "This is not going to be good news for the defense."
A spokeswoman with the state attorney's office told WESH 2 she does not plan to release this new evidence released to the public until at least midweek.
Orlando defense attorney Richard Hornsby said the duct tape evidence brings the possibility of the death penalty back in to play. Hornsby said it may force Anthony’s defense attorney, Jose Baez, to "put Casey on the stand" or "consider a plea bargain."
Caylee was 2 when she was reported missing in July. Her remains were found in December.
Casey Anthony, Caylee’s mother, is charged with her daughter’s murder. She is being held at the Orange County jail.
Anthony’s trial is scheduled to begin in March.

This look is going to be a common thing for her going forward. The once fake tears she shed for Caylee, are now real tears that she is sheding for herself.
