Ray 06/08/81 - 10/09/03

On October 9, 2003, my son Ray was killed in a single vehicle accident.  His passenger walked away.  Ray was lead guitar with a local group named Anisette.  The group had a recording contract with a company in California, at the time of his death.  I still have his guitars, one is a Paul Reed Smith, a gift to Ray from the Budweiser Corp.  Ray was also an artist and taught music.  Fortunately I still have all of his artwork.

I have not moved from the moment I was told of his death.  I lost my everything.

I know it always makes me feel better to remember my loved ones that I've lost by telling someone about good times with them.

I think it's awesome when family members use this site in a productive way to share their loved ones with us. It takes such guts to be able to talk about the death of your child, so thanks for sharing your son with us, Mum! My thoughts and prayers are with you. As a mum I can't imagine ever losing my child. Parents of lost children are such brave souls.
