I guess in some states if you're within 500 feet of another car you're not supposed to use your brights and can be ticketed. (according to extensive googling) Some people do though.

Sometimes they're just forgetful. And sometimes their lights are just brighter than average and people flash their brights at them and it makes them want to turn around, follow them and stab them.

I want to stab the people with blue lights.

Sometimes I forget my brights are on if I end up in the country. I HATE wildlife and I am trying to drive and not cry because I think a moose is going to jump out and kill me. Even though I dont think I have ever driven anywhere that a moose would be. But if I am not in the city I get scared.  :lol: Issues I know.

They're only meant to be put in the proper harness (usually BMWs and the like). If not, they're blinding as shit. I HATE those with a passion.

I dont notice if I am in the country. I am trying to make sure I dont hit a bear or a wild boar. In the city you dont need your brights.

The other person doesn't always dim at the same time. Perhaps they have already been meeting cars where you haven't, or maybe they always drive on dim.
