No, I've decided that since I'm turning 30, one of my rules is that I am never throwing a party again that can't be catered and cleaned up by someone else. My next gala is going to look like this:
So no more parties basically. I am trying to decide whether I want to go on a trip for my birthday or just rent a cheap motel room alone somewhere and drink the entire weekend away crying. So far I am leaning towards option 2.

The place I work is having drink specials on Easter.
When I read MDS stories, it makes me realize how much I hate people. But then I see pics like that gala, and makes me realize how much I LOVE gatherings! Ironic, isn't it?
