    I looked at the place on google maps. There is a row of shops with an awning running across the front of them all. The name is also on the awning, but the complaint seems to just be the window art, so I don't think it's the name they are objecting to.

    It is the only shop with painting on the window, though, that I can see. The painting on the window on google maps is not the same, so it would seem that the window was painted previously, too. I wonder if they had a problem with that, also, or if the complaint just came up with this new window art.


    ETA It appears one of the owners is named Mike Diamond and the other owner had a shop previously called Sacred Skin.

    Interesting. So maybe it's just a "not in my strip mall!" complaint? Or maybe someone's kid was talking about how cool it would be to get a tattoo? Or maybe it's hard to see into the shop from the street through the art and people are worried about what's going on inside? Hard to say, really. The artwork isn't offensive or even all that dynamic. Seems like someone has too much time on their hands.

    yeah, they own a few shops in town. sacred skin. i think there is a sacred skin II and sacred diamond.

    Red tide. The beaches are literally glowing in the dark. I wish i had a video of me running along the sand leaving neon footprints but here is some random dude in a kayak instead (40 second mark is awesome)
