#3, with it's ruching is my vote. this look is generally flattering. i say generally flattering because that side tie dress that is supposed to look amazing on everyone? it makes me look shorter and dumpier. find a cute sweater to cover up your arms, if you're feeling self conscious about them.

I like the two in one cap sleeve dress but only with the grey and black.
being considerably larger, i am not a fan of belts, particularly skinny ones. usually they just cut me in half and say HEY! LOOK AT HOW FAT I AM. i did find two dresses with wide belts on clearance and liked the effect of a wider belt but usually the belt is the first thing to go.
