Fashion Advice Thread.

so mom an i went shopping a bit ago and i found NOTHING that fit me correctly... this is common so whatever.
we went to like 3 or 4 different stores (this was like last week or 2 weeks ago)

the other day she was in the area so we stopped at walmart for some stuff, i\I found 3 capri pants, & 1 pair of shorts

I havent owned shorts since I was like 17ish, possibly 18

why is walmart the only place that has clothes that fit me? haha

I dont really need advice, this just seemed like the right place to put this.

Honestly, I think stores could actually provide options that are fit for size. The US doesn't usually go by actual inches which would make purchasing clothes much easier without the trial and error. I don't know what walmart is doing, but this is my major gripe with buying clothes.

other stores i usually go to the room with 2 sizes of each thing i like because i never know, super annoying when they have a limit on the items you can bring in.

we stopped at old navy, i got a L and an XL cause i wasnt sure. well the XL was way too big but because i have massive hips the L made it look like my vagina was trying to escape...

depends on what it is, i actually like the fit at walmart so it doesnt bother me. it would just be nice to be able to shop WITH my mom yaknow?

Old Navy jeans/pants are weird for me too. The only ones the fit well are the "skinny mini flares" which I think they just sell online now. They are a bit stretchy so they go over my hips/butt.

I HATE old navy jeans. With a passion the only good thing about them is the sizes run big, so I wear like 2 sizes smaller there

I LOVE American Eagle jeans. I'm kind of a weird in between size and their jeans always fit perfect. I recommend them to everyone.

I haven't tried one on yet. I'm hoping to find a somewhat cheap dress at Forever 21 since I will most likely never wear it again. I'm super excited. We're starting the night at Ra and The Big Bang.

Oh, I buy them way cheap.. I never find any that will fit me at Forever but I surprisingly have snagged a really good one from Charlotte Russe, although I can't stand shopping there. The rest I've gotten from Papaya and Love Culture for under 20. You'll have so much fun!

They took away the monthly fee. I've gotten a couple of heels from there too and I'm just not coordinated enough to walk in them. Tooooooo tall (me and the heels me thinks).

That's kind of what I was thinking, a bit whore-tastic for a business meeting. I'll stick with my fave heels and save the boots for my weekend gig. Thanks!
