Generally I would agree with you, but I hear magicians have dead snake fetishes and I just can't get down with that.

i wouldn't call it a fetish so much as unabashed laziness.
and you know you want to live in the dead snake room.
maybe you should take your lectures elsewhere. like to a convention of people who enjoy lectures.

missed desperate houswives...details puhlease
Um, not much happened. Here, I'll make it little print as a spoiler warning or something.

Jackson slept over and came out to get the paper just as Mike was coming to the house. He insisted to hang out with him to screen him to make sure he was ok to be around MJ. They really liked each other and Mike told jackson a sex tip about Susan which freaked her out and she said they couldn't hang out anymore.
Mrs. McClusky made a comment to edie making fun of her boobs. Her creepy new husband went over to the her house to ask her to apologize to edie. She said no. So creepy husband stole mcclusky's cat and wouldn't give it back to her until she apologized. So she did.
Gabby and Carlos were invited to some snobby party at the country club...but when Carlos started working at the club, they were disinvited. Gabby wanted to go anyway, so they snuck in and were caught and kicked out.
Lynette found Parker's sizzle page (or called something like that, like myspace) and started talking to him on there to make sure he really wasn't friends with the school drug dealer. Parker started falling for her, obviously not knowing that it was his mom. So Lynette wrote him a "break up" email, but accidentally signed it "love, mom" Parker refuses to talk to Lynette.
Orson is pissed at Brie for calling her book Mrs. Van De Camp's old fashioned cooking instead of Mrs. Hodge. Brie promised she'd cook him a pot roast but then was busy with PR stuff and didn't get home til almost 1am. Orson made her cook the pot roast anyway, and she was all crying about it.

I think that covers it.

So I watched Boston Legal the other night after not watching it for a year or so, and it totally reminded me of why I loved that show in the first place!

But OMG. Please tell me somebody else watched the SNL Thursday Night Update last night. Seriously, that's the funniest stuff I've seen them do in years.

has anyone been watching fringe? I've only seen once episode in its entirety but I have them all DVR'd...it seems really interesting. That's saying a lot for me, considering I think JJ Abrams and Lost can die in a fire.

I thought I heard that Gary Dourdan was having some personal issues that were bleeding over into his work, and that's why they wrote him off the show.

And I'm pretty sure that William Petersen is smart enough to see the writing on the wall. The show has passed its prime!

The show is still a good one...I read that Petersen wanted to go back to doing live acting...good for him.

I rarely watch the new episodes now, but I catch reruns on Spike all the time...
