Handmaid's Tale is on my list of things to watch/read. And now so is Alias Grace.

Which one?
I just ordered Alias Grace on Amazon. Even tho I'm on episode 4, I really want to read the book now.
Non_Saepe quote made me curious about her other stuff.
HAHAHA. Make sure you appreciate the evolution of the characters. It's so strange to see Season 1 compared to the newer season.
I just bought my daughter a shirt similar to this for Christmas
Eh she finally got her peace from the one guy who actually felt bad about the horrible way he treated her. The whole show is about being gaslit and abused by men in different ways.
Anybody watch Vice Principals on HBO? Saw the season 2 finale and wondering if it's worth going back and watching all the episodes.

I couldn't get through the pilot of that show.
Hot Take: Fear The Walking Dead is much better than The Walking Dead
A hot take is a controversial opinion. I think The Walking Dead is one of the worst shows I've ever seen. The whole show is about waiting to see who dies, it's like a weird drama version of a game show that relies on chance. Fear The Walking Dead managed to develop some very interesting characters and handles a lot of cultural concepts pretty well.
Very Interesting about FTWD. I'll probably give it another chance eventually. I love TWD comic and therefore love the show by association. I really love zombies, though. So much so, that I have brutally killed a zombie version of everyone I love in my nightmares at least twice. (I have some really vivid and disturbing night terrors.)
I AM getting a little bored with the show, however. My OCD won't let me abandon it though. MUST FINISH SERIES.

I just finished Alias Grace. I really enjoyed it. I am not an adventurous television watcher (I've been watching the episodes of Roseanne over and over since 1988) so I am very happy with the suggestions so far. I liked the ending. But I feel like a bit downtrodden about it.

Anybody planning on watching Gray State on A&E tonight?

I'm just bored by it. I think it has some of the worst characters on TV, and the writing is basically mostly filler between character deaths. There are way too many episodes where absolutely nothing happens.
And what's with this Jadis and her trash people? Have they forgotten how to talk in the couple of years since the zombies showed up?
