Did you understand what the Cap-n said?

Sorry Cap-n - I've read it fifteen times.

A 250 dollar ticket is refuckingdonkulous!  Especially since they don't even have proof you did it.  Tink, if you do speak with an officer be sure to explain to them that you were not meeting or overtaking the bus at any point.

I Hope they upgraded the interior, in addition to the exterior. I just spent the last 3 hours driving a 2010 charger, and the interior is just plain lame.  Not at all what should be expected from a $30k car. :|
I think that was one of the big things they were planning on doing.  Didnt Jalopnik run a story about how much better the interior is in the new Jeep Wrangler?

Spy shot of the 2011 chargers interior located here:

Looks like it will be better then the current interior(Good job Fiat!). Hopefully they don't cut corners. Not on the more expensive cars, anyways.

As for Jeep, I think I missed that.  But it's a bit ironic that the one vehicle that is for-sure getting a better interior, is the one you'd expect to have cheap yet functional interior.

jeep wranglers are meant for getting dirty and nasty.  i also dont think they should come with carpet but with rhino lining in them.  i think they need to do a better job of sealing all compartments so when i take a hose to the inside of the jeep itself, i shouldnt have to worry about ruining the wiring harnesses.

Wranglers might be built for getting dirty and nasty, but only a small portion of them sold every year are really used like they should be.

They go in the same category as most suburban mom SUVs.
agreed.  i think most people buy them and they never realize the wranglers full abilities.  i mean, they can turn on a dime around a stump, fit between trees and get you up some pretty burly areas.  i kinda hate that i have this sttitude when i look at a stock jeep on the road because i automatically think to myself 'stupid bitch jeep'.....never seen dirt, mud, snow etc.  i actually get a bit snobby when i see them, especially the ones that arent lifted and are little grocery getters.

its really not right to think that way, i mean not everyone is into playing up in the woods.  i wonder if they laugh at me thinking 'stupid bitch done gonna fuck that pretty jeep up gettin it all messy and shit'

When I was looking at Jeeps the salesman says, 'Oh, do you do off roading?' in a voice that said 'You don't need a 4WD, bitch.' I was pissed. I figure if I pay for it, I can drive wherever I please as long as I don't get arrested.  Not to mention every third vehicle on the road is a 4WD and probably none of them off road.
Jeep has said recently that they're making a truck for the 2012 year.  I may not do a lot of off-roading but it'd be handy in the winter.

If they build the Gladiator concept I definitely want one.
which to me, even in my thought process would sound kind of odd.  i mean i wouldnt buy a brand new jeep and offroad it.  i dont have that kind of money and i wouldnt want it damaged.  i prefer to have them older AND paid off since you might likely break something while offroading.
you really like the looks of that?  i personally dont find it appealing and think it takes away from the whole jeep look.  aww hell, i dont even like the 4 dr wranglers.  and most of what im referring to is wranglers by the way.

The guy was an arrogant asshole. I did buy my jeep there, but not from him. I don't think the Liberty came factory equipped for offroading anyway. I was looking into a place around Cedar Rapids where they do off road stuff and they had certain requirements before you could play there. One I remember was skid plates, and I don't think they come with those, right?
i had a liberty and  loved it but i would never offroad it.  they are too me whati woul consider most pta moms to be driving around.
i didnt know skid plates were a requirement unless the vehile is considered a rock crawler.  we have one on the beast and big red has one but i dont know if theywould technically call it a skd plate.  but then again, at the last racing event they were going to allow me to run te obstacle course (i didnt, i didnt wanna roll or dent my jeep)
i think some vehicles come with factory skid plates which are nowhere near a tough and durable as after market ones.

don you still have your liberty?  i remember you saying i was having poblems at one point.
I've had a hardon for that concept since seeing it in 2004.  I think it is beyond retro.  It reminds me of a pickup from the 1940s.

It's one of two trucks that I really really really want.  The other being the Ford Raptor.

    This thing is pure sex.

Not that I know of. I think my airbag is just always on. Didn't we talk about that once before and I went and looked in the book or something? That's a good idea, though.

I hadn't had it too long and I was driving through piles of snow in a parking lot and got stuck.   I couldn't get it in 4 low and some guy came to help but I finally got it. I felt like an idiot.  It's a trooper though. It just glides through drifted roads and other than that one time when I was a noob in that parking lot I've never been stuck.

It just glides through drifted roads and other than that one time when I was a noob in that parking lot I've never been stuck.
i think we did talk about it before.....mine was an 06 i think, i dont remember.  i miss having it but now that i offroad so much, the wrangler is perfect.  i ripped out all the carpet and now i just hose it down when it gets nasty.  much easier.  which reminds me i need to clean out the dodge, it's filthy.  guess thats what im doing today.
the husband is an ass sometimes.  he'll say he wants me to wash it and i will and we have ultra mega construction going on down our street so it just doesnt make sense to wash it.  AND he always whines and moans that i miss spots.  sooooorryyyyyy.  oh, and he flipped out when i tried to use dishsoap one time when i went to go wash it.  whats the big damn deal?  i think it cleans better anyways.
