:2eyesbleed: i'm kinda confused about this story (that happens alot to me)? they keep referring him/her as a pregnant man, but first off men can't get pregnant and he/she doesn't have a penis, i know i know i read the story, but why don't they just referr to Thomas Beatie as a pregnant lesbian because obviously Thomas doesn't have the anatomy to be a man?

You crack me up. He/she was born a female and elected to keep her genitals, but got her breasts removed and received testosterone therapy. So, still having her female reproductive organs, she was able to get pregnant. She may have been artificially inseminated. I guess since Thomas refers to himself as male, he is seen (by some) as a pregnant transgendered man, not a pregnant lesbian. Don't know if that makes sense or helps you, but that's all I got. :-)
ETA: Or what Natasha said above me.
