no it wasnt like that....the judge said i didnt do anything...{hence my crime of neg hom}
and that all i needed to do was go to a probation apt yesterday.

I think she is referring to the way the press covered your family life prior to this incident. It sounded like a tough up bringing to say the least. I'm glad that your family is now supporting you though.

the news only covered the way my mom was to me...{tried to kill me on more than 1 occasion}
i still dont have contact with her....havent for the last 8 years.
but everyone else has my back.

They said your father was in jail too. That you and Peter were living with your grandmother because neither parent could take care of you properly. I'm not judging don't get me wrong. It just lends to tragic nature of what happened. I'm glad they have your back now.

So because the brother had a preexisting injury it makes it more acceptable that this guy stomped on his stomach because that could've killed him as opposed to the stomp? Also, because they are brothers it's more acceptable that a 22 year old beat up on a 12 year old? 22 is an adult and relative or not that's child abuse, not "horseplay". for one i didnt "beat my brother up" we horse played....
second...no it doesnt make it alright....and i will pay for my foolish mistake for the rest of eternity....this life...next life and beyond.

arg...I don't know...I got mixed feelings about it. I know plenty of adults that horseplay with kids...hell, all of us cousins did it all the time...the oldest ones being mid 20s and the youngest being 8...
