CT results came back. It shows swollen lymph nodes in my stomach and a cyst on one of my ovaries. The concern is the cause for the swollen lymph nodes in my stomach. Doctor says it could be adenitis which is caused from some sort of an underlying infection. He wants to wait a month and observe.
WTF. I can not cry anymore, I am so sick of this. I don't want to wait a month. Take that stupid lymph node out and biopsy it. I'm worried and tired of being worried. I'm just so mad I can't even think straight right now.

I am sorry you didn't get a better answer. I know the waiting is the worst part. Did you suggest to him that you would like to do a biopsy? My daughter always gets a swollen lymph node in her neck and it takes months to go away. They always tell me not to worry and to wait it out. It scares the hell out of me but they say its just from when she gets sick and it can last for months. I am sorry you feel this way! Maybe you can even get a second opinion if you are this worried.

There's no reason to worry about things that are beyond your control. It's harder than it sounds, but try to just give this to God. Pray on it. We will pray with you.

Last night the radiologist didnt find anything on the catscan so they sent me on my merry way high on morphine at 2am. The hospital called me back this morning and said that the radiologist missed something last night and that I may have a blood clot in my kidney that is blocking blood going into my kidney. I am on the way to the Drs office right now. Please pray that I will be ok!!!!

So the update is that I have a kidney infection and a small blood clot in one of the blood vessels. The Dr said that since I have has kidney stones and surgery before that I already have minor kidney damage and that this could possibly have come from that. He put me on antibiotics, Percocet, and Motrin everyday for 4 weeks. He is going to send me for another catscan in 4 weeks. He said that I will get minor kidney damage in the area that the clot is in but it will be a very small part of my kidney and I don't have to worry about it. He said that the clot should dissipate on its own.
Thank you guys for all of your thoughts and prayers!
