Attn: MDS Users

I'd like to make a post about death. Maybe shedding some light on somethings.

Maybe it will keep you from being whiney fucking people. Maybe you'll send me hate mail. I don't know, I don't really care.

But I'd like to point out a single little fact about death.....

    IT HAPPENS TO US ALL.

Me, you, your parents, your grandparents, your friends, your siblings, people unrelated to you, your pets, wildlife, plants, trees, micro-organisms....

every single living thing, will fucking die.

This isn't pessisism, it's being realistic.

If someone you know died, they fucking died, get the fuck over it. It's ok to mourn for a bit maybe, but get the fuck over it.

If you don't know the person and you're mourning...what the fuck @ you, get the fuck over it, you don't even have reason to mourn.

All you emos are gaytarded. Get fucked.

    Love,
    Apathy

I agree. I'd extend it to celebrities. It's alright to be a bit upset when one of your favourite celebrities dies, but to go into any real mourning or to demand that everyone respects them or whatever goes a bit too far. Like Princess Diana, or Steve Irwin.

it's called compassion, apathy.Â* and in case you don't know what that means (i couldn't imagine that you would), it's the humane quality of understanding the suffering of others and wanting to do something about it.Â* Compassion is the ultimate and most meaningful embodiment of emotional maturity.Â* Â*

The difference is that those plalced on a pedestal by the media and society are of no more worth than the countless forgotten numbers lost every day, and are hence anathema to theier memories. Also when someone with the psuedonymn 'apathy' makes a comment it would seem idiotic to compell them to adopt/understand an angle of empathy.

True. But if someone set up an account with the name, "BabiesMustDie," and posted comments that were insensitive to the deaths of children, he/she would still catch hell for the posts....right?...wrong?

I actually get a kick out of Apathy and his weird posts, but I honestly believe that if he didn't catch hell, he'd be miserable and bored.

Keep stirrin' the turds, Apathy...it gives us something to post about. :-)
