I highly recommend watching this....the song (and video) are extremely powerful. The song is about a woman who is sexually abused as a child and what happens to her later in life. Not gonna lie, I get choked up when hearing the song....the lyric "she was young and she was forced to be a woman" gets me every time. Reading the comments on the video I have to agree with what a lot of people are saying, this song is very underrated.
Edited to add: in the song, her abuser sings a song while abusing her, and she ends up stripping to that same song
The Weeknd got his inspiration for this song while in Marilyn Monroe's former bedroom - thought that was neat.
What do you guys think?
This is better Nic. That's what I think

I'm so confused which song/video you guys are talking about.
Nic said The Weeknd but the video that shows up in her post is "Me and My Shadow" by 16.
Puke's video shows up as "In The Night" official video by The Weeknd.
The video that shows up in Angie's quoted post of Nic's post is "Lord of the Southern Priest" by Soilent Green.
I'm guessing the one Puke posted?
I can be your *ADDICTION* if you wanna get hooked on something!!
I posted "Soilent Green's Lord of the Southern Priest" which is the guy's just jamming black sabbath songs. Maybe the internet got all screwy.

This band rocks. I went to their website to order a teeshirt but it's like a 10 day delivery.

Damn can't believe this song is 2 decades old.
The Midnight-Los Angeles the song has this 80's vibe yet it was done in 2014.
