New Website Causes Controversy
By Diane Brennan/KTAR
Mydeathspace.com is a web site on the deaths of Myspace users. Is the virtual graveyard out of bounds?
"The really distasteful thing about this, of course, is that this is not a public interest site. Mydeathspace.com is presumably a for-profit website," said Andrew Kene, author of The Cult of the Amateur.
He told ABC Mews that anybody could tap into the site and type anything they wanted. "Particularly when we go online as anonymous members, we tend to behave like animals. We have no respect for other people. We insult them."
Is it time to start self-policing sites like this? "Anonymity is a disaster and we need to do away with that to improve the Web and if we don't, then ultimately, an external form of authority, the government, will have to step in," Kene said.

Another piece I was NOT interviewed for.
Two things:
- I love "ABC Mews"
- Andrew Kene is a douchebag. I'll let you know how is book is. Hopefully it's filled with little to no research just like his quote.
