go up/down button?

I have the exact same type of forum as this (except the theme is different) and I was wondering if you could enable the 'go up' and 'go down' buttons. They come in really handy when there are a lot of posts on the page.

*Another quick question: I might need to clear my browser history or something  :? but is anyone else having a problem with the icons and other images displaying correctly here?*

Sorry if something like this has been posted before...I didn't see anything like it.

OK well most of the images seem to be fine now, but ??? no answer about the go up/down feature???
It's really a simple yes or no and just as simply enabled by checking a box in the admin section.

I have no idea what the go up/down button is. Maybe J knows. How about a link to your forum so we can check it out?

Well I'm done with fighting ~ I don't come to boards or have my own so that I can pick fights with people, I was just extremely annoyed at some of the comments (NOT everyone's). And since I still have my account, I might as well do something useful before I'm booted off.

I knew someone was going to say that...I suggested it simply because I know from experience that it comes in handy on extremely active boards ~ this board is way more active than mine. Besides most webmasters know that visitors hate scrolling in any direction (but especially horizontal). I know that this board has the feature, why not use it?
