I did a search and didn't see a topic for this. Donna Jou allegedly met a man on Craigslist and has now been missing for over a month.
An older article, explaining their Internet relationship.

There are new clues in the disappearance of a 19-year old San Diego State co-ed. Orange County detectives have found a motorcycle helmet and a license plate belonging to a convicted sex offender wanted for questioning in the case. The News 8 Crimefighters have also uncovered internet messages posted by the fugitive police are looking for.
News 8 found MySpace pages that trace back to a man using the fake name Sinjin Stevens. His real name is John Steven Burgess, a convicted sex offender from Los Angeles who plays guitar in a band called Sinjin's Saints.
Burgess drives a blue pickup truck, rides a Yamaha motorcycle and has a 25-foot sailboat docked at the San Pedro Marina. He also claims to be a Desert Storm Army veteran.
Police want to question Burgess in the June 23 disappearance of 19-year old San Diego State student Donna Jou.
Jou was last seen riding away with Burgess on his motorcycle in front of her mother's home in Orange County.
"He's been seen since then by other people in the community, but no one's see my sister since that night," Donna's sister Lisa Jou said.
One MySpace photo shows Burgess leaning against his blue Ford Ranger pickup truck that has a personalized license plate that reads SINJIN-1.
The web site also shows burgess with a young girl who he identifies as his daughter.
He says he likes music, alcohol, "420" -- which refers to marijuana -- and other goodies. He calls himself a handsome gentleman who's into lovely ladies. On the MySpace page for his band, Burgess refers to himself as "Satan's nephew Sinjin".
Police confirm Burgess left several phone messages for Jou right before she went missing.
"I don't know what he could have told her," Lisa Jou said. "I don't know what he was selling when he was talking to her. We don't have access to those conversations."
Burgess may have hooked up with Jou through the website Craigslist. He recently posted an advertisement for a roommate on the site offering a furnished room for rent for $599 per month.
The ad says his roommates have "fun get-togethers every other Saturday night" at his Los Angeles home, and shows photographs of the front and inside of the house, where Jou was last seen.
"We are '420 friendly'" the ad goes on, located in "a nice, quiet and safe area."
Jou was staying in Orange County over summer break from San Diego State, and she may have been looking for friends.
"Welcome all newcomers to L.A." was the message Burgess posted online.
Police are still searching for John Burgess and his blue Ford pickup truck. The truck's license plate and a motorcycle helmet were found yesterday dumped about a mile and a half from Burgess's Los Angeles home.
