This is very scary. My only thought is that they have to keep checking the hospitals because that's likely where he will end up eventually. People will see that he's having issues. I hope that he's found safe and that the family doesn't let him roam on his own anymore. Yes he is non verbal and declining mentally. He needs to be in a memory care facility.
