She is facing first-degree premeditated murder after a woman was found strangled with a cord in her apartment on Sunday. The victim's name has not been released.

When detectives located Williams, she was hiding in a pipe within a canal near Scottsdale Road North, just down the street from the crime scene.

Williams told investigators that “people were trying to kill her and that demons were in the sky.”

After taking her into custody, detectives later found the victim's body in Williams' apartment.
