That's the part that I'm on about. That it was overkill. The video shows the phone in his right hand. Then when he shifts it to his left hand, that's when he MIGHT have been going for it. He didn't have it in his hand though because he had no time to get it in his hand. But regardless, even if it was in his hand it didn't require that many cops firing that many rounds and a cop whining about how his gun jammed like a toddler who's toy was broken. Those bullets travel places and could be putting the public in danger. They just all shoot a slew of rounds out of control with zero thought for human life.
This is the scenario that could happen. The UPS driver was killed in this instance and tons of innocent bystanders were caught on the freeway when they fired 200 rounds in to this stolen truck. They didn't give a flying fuck who they hurt all for a stolen truck:
