Doesn't matter. There were like 20 other cops all spraying bullets at the dude and it was overkill yet that asshole complains about his gun jamming? As of he's upset that he didn't get to join in on the bulletfest.

I was talking about Chase. If you watched the video I posted, Chase had a holster on his hip, and a gun on the floor of his car. One could assume he unholstered the gun, was shot, and dropped it.

The door was opened, so they could see him reaching for it, hence the shouting "gun".

I understood perfectly who Chase is and that he had a gun. It was still overkill. They shot dozens of rounds at him and one cop complained that he couldn't join in on the fun because his gun jammed. That's sickening no matter how you try to paint it. They dragged out and cuffed a dead guy. It doesn't take five cops and dozens of shots to subdue a guy who didn't even have the gun in his hand. It was overkill.

That's the part that I'm on about. That it was overkill. The video shows the phone in his right hand. Then when he shifts it to his left hand, that's when he MIGHT have been going for it. He didn't have it in his hand though because he had no time to get it in his hand. But regardless, even if it was in his hand it didn't require that many cops firing that many rounds and a cop whining about how his gun jammed like a toddler who's toy was broken. Those bullets travel places and could be putting the public in danger. They just all shoot a slew of rounds out of control with zero thought for human life.

This is the scenario that could happen. The UPS driver was killed in this instance and tons of innocent bystanders were caught on the freeway when they fired 200 rounds in to this stolen truck. They didn't give a flying fuck who they hurt all for a stolen truck:
